Gel nails extensions
The thing that separates UV gel and other nail extensions is the way UV gel can be used to sculpt extensions on the tops of the client’s nails much in the same way as it would on the top of the nail tip. In between applications the hands are placed underneath a UV light that will make the gel on the nail hard so as more gel can be added to it. So as more gel can be applied the nails are put underneath a UV light to go hard.
Acrylic nail extensions
An acrylic nail extension is a process where nail tips are added to the client’s natural nails. Once the nail tips are glued into place and are secure them tips are cut down to size. The nails will now get their first coat of glue, after which they will be dipped into acrylic powder and once more brushed again with the glue until the style has been created.
