There is another variation of this nail treatment which involves artificial nails and can be done with either acrylic nails or UV gel nails being used but this is not the best use of the treatment as fake nails and French manicures don’t really go together as it’s meant to be more of a natural take on nails treatments.

What’s a French manicure treatment?

A good French manicure will start off with a hand massage for some length of time after the technician has finished soaking the hands in the liquid used to make the hands and nails soft and subtle. After this is done the hands will be dried and laid flat for the French manicure treatment to for the nail prep to begin. The nails will be filed and the excess will be cut away and pushed back to make the whole area much more appealing. Then the shaping of the nails will start with a nail file filing which ever style has been agreed on.

Now your nail are ready for a base coating to protect your nail from the solvents in the varnish that will be applied to the nails afterward the French manicure is finished. You will now add the tip of the nails, with some white nail polish go over the natural white line at the top of the nails. If you are having trouble getting a good line there are stickers which can be used as guide to create a perfect line.

Now your French manicure is nearly done except you have to now put on a top coat of clear nail polish which seals in all the work you have done. French manicures are usually done on the natural nails with nothing getting extended but there is another French manicure treatment which evolves nail extensions. You will almost certainly be given something such as solar oil after the treatment and be told how to keep the hands and nails looking nice until the next time you and the technician meet.
